Follow these steps if you'd like to resend a certificate email or download the PDF certificate file for any attendee of your events. 1. From the Event Manager, navigate to the Certificates page and click on the Issued credit tab. Then select all, or search for and select the applicable user(s).
2. Click the Submit button to generate and send the certificates. The selected attendees will receive an email with a link to download their certificate of completion.
3. You may also download the PDF certificate file for any attendee by heading to the Reports page. Scroll to the Certificates section of the page and click on the PDF icon to open and download the file.
