Follow these steps if you'd like to resend a certificate email or download the PDF certificate file for any attendee of your events. 1. From your event, navigate to the Certificates page and click on the Issued credit tab. Then search for and select the user(s) that would like the certificate to be resent.
2. Click the Submit button to generate the certificates, and the selected attendees will receive an email with link to their certificate of completion.
3. You may also download the PDF certificate file for any attendee by heading to the Reports page. Scroll to the Certificates section of the page and click on the PDF icon to open and download the file.
