The template we use is provided by NASBA and takes a slightly different approach than other sign in sheets in other solutions on the market. By default someone is eligible to earn the entire credit unless they note any exceptions (late arrival, early departure, missed time in the middle, etc).

For example, for a one-day session, if someone missed 2 hours in the middle, they could note that as opposed to signing in and out several times on the same sheet for a given day. NASBA's intent was that it's a more flexible way of capturing their attendance during the course of the day or session.
