Send Event Invitations via Outlook/Gmail

Anytime you create an event, you have the possibility to either invite your firm members to register or register them yourself. Prolaera makes it very easy to send invitations via Outlook and Gmail so that your registrants can RSVP directly from their inbox.

Navigate to Admin>Event Manager. Select the event you’d like to invite your firm’s members to and click Manage.

          

From the left navigation bar, click on Invitations.

Then +My Firm to add your members and send the invitations.

Your registrants will receive a calendar invitation and will be able to RSVP right from their inbox. The event response your registrants choose will be updated next to their name in the Registrations section of the event manager.
