Your firm Members are able to upload their own certificates into Prolaera and submit them for review. Once submitted you'll be able to view, edit and approve their uploaded certificates.
Please note: Users aren't required to have a certificate to add CPE hours. This setting can be adjusted in your Company Settings.
- From the left navigation bar, click Admin>Certificate Manager. All certificates that have been entered by your users and are awaiting quality control approval will be listed here.
- Select Edit to review the certificates and make adjustments as needed.
- When all information is complete, click Submit to approve the entry. The hours will be applied to the employee's compliance regulator(s) as applicable, and will be included in the certificate report section.
