Compliance report tables display essential data regarding your earned credits-- including Delivery Method, Sponsor, Credit Categories, Your pdf file ( if available ), and most importantly, how your credits apply across your regulators.
Tables can sometimes be hard to read, but we've made it easier for you to hide less relevant columns to focus on the information you'd like to see in your reports for each regulator or across all regulators at once.
1. Individual Regulator
a. From your side navigation panel under "My Dashboard" click on the "Compliance Reports" tab then choose a regulator you're tracking in Prolaera. For this example, we'll work with the Washington State regulator.
Your WA CPA Course Summary will display the detailed breakdown of your credits earned throughout your overall current reporting period (including the option to toggle between prior reporting periods), annual requirements (if applicable), and the category-specific requirements for the full reporting period. It'll also show you how many of your earned credits are applying towards your total requirements and what you still need to work on to reach your goals and be compliant with your state board's deadline.
b. Hovering over the "Overall Total" row will turn light gray for better visibility. Click anywhere within the row to jump to the respective section below with more details.
c. Click on the gear icon located in the right corner above your table.
d. The column display toggle will allow you to select which columns you want to be visible. Below, I've chosen all available columns - including the Washington CPA regulator- to view where each of my approved credits is applying.
e. Click once on the course row to highlight it (and click again to deselect it if not needed); this will allow you to focus on the relevant courses and their respective details. In the sample below, I've selected three classes I'd like to examine- As expected, all of them are applying toward my Washington CPA License.
2. Multiple Regulators
a. Again, from your side navigation panel under "My Dashboard" click on the "Compliance Reports" tab then select "All Certificates" this time to view your entire course history.
b. Click on the gear icon located in the right corner above your table. The column display toggle will allow you to select which columns you want to be visible.
c. From the Column Display Toggle, click the checkbox next to each relevant column to make it visible. Notice that you can now select multiple regulators from your list.
d. The below example showcases how the course "G9 External Event 2" has applied towards both state board regulators I've been tracking; Washington CPA and Oregon CPA.
Because CPE can be nuanced and complicated at times, there are a few reasons your credits may not have counted as intended; please visit this article for more details on how to correct some of these common discrepancies.
