In your Zoom account settings, you can create multiple separate one-question polls to be able to launch the questions at various times throughout the meeting or webinar.
- Select your meeting, then scroll to the bottom of the meeting settings to select Polls
- Click + Create to begin creating a poll. Add an optional title, enter the question and answer choices, and select either single choice responses or multiple choice. You may add additional questions here if you wish; just note that all questions in this Poll will be launched simultaneously.
- Click Save.
- Repeat Steps 2-3 to create individual polls until the desired number of questions have been added.
Note: Be sure to leave the setting “Allow participants to answer questions anonymously” unchecked to allow Zoom to collect unique attendee data with their responses, which in turn allows the API to pull in participants’ poll results through the integration to the event in Prolaera. This setting is located within the poll editor, in the three dots next to the Save button.
